The Rosario Department is located in the south-east of the Santa Fe Province in central Argentina and is one of 19 administrative units in the province.
It borders the departments of San Lorenzo to the north and west , the province of Entre Ríos to the east and the department of Constitución to the south .
The capital of the department of the same name is Rosario Rosario .
