criticism
"The film is quick and gripping at first, but soon gets lost in the confused ramifications of the plot resolution," writes Hans Peter Kochrath in Die Zeit and criticizes the director: "The Englishman Collinson with his clumsily staged shootings is also not up to the milieu. The only plus points are the impressively weathered faces of the two main actors. ”L. Autera writes in a very similar way in the Corriere della Sera . The American criticism also focuses on the actors and remains cautiously positive overall.
The lexicon of international film saw a "mixture of western and crime thriller, full of clichés, but superbly photographed."
