Ricardo Palacios

Ricardo Palacios (actually Ricardo López-Nuño Díez , born March 2, 1940 in Reinosa , † February 11, 2015 in Madrid ) was a Spanish actor .

Life

Palacios graduated from the official Spanish film school as a director and actor, but soon concentrated on performing: From 1961 until his retirement in 2002, he played around 150 film roles, mostly smaller but incisive as gangsters, bar owners or Mexicans in spaghetti westerns , where he also became known by Sergio Leones for a few dollars more . As a director, he appeared primarily with Die Bande des Pérez, created in 1997 for Spanish television , in which “the institutions of late Francoism before their inner collapse” are portrayed.
