Wandering gunslinger Dallas, after freeing his friend Lucamone from a cage, tries to win back the family farm he lost to Kelly in the card game. When he visits Kelly, he finds him dead; His daughter Glenda is the heir to the farm, on the grounds of which treasure is suspected to be buried. This tries to defend itself and its property against the nefarious Johnny Black and his brothers and is supported by Dallas, who after a series of fistfights and shooting duels can chase Black and his brothers and their gang away. Although he has fallen in love with Glenda, he prefers his life as a wandering cowboy to that of a farmer and husband.
