German women's basketball championship 1955
The final round of the German women's basketball championship in 1955 took place from April 2 to 3, 1955, at the same time as the men's championships in Berlin . The four qualified teams determined the ninth German women's basketball champion in a knockout system . The tournament was won by Heidelberger TV , which beat OSC Berlin in the final with 64:38 (28:24) . The Neukölln Sportfreunde came in third, and fourth place went to TSG 78 Heidelberg , which started the competition as the defending champion.
