The final of the 14th German women's basketball championship in 1960 took place on May 22, 1960 in Berlin , the participants were determined in the knockout system as in the previous year . Heidelberger TV prevailed for the sixth time in a row and defeated 1. SC Göttingen 05 with 51:27 (26:13). Maria Biller (née Nagy) for Heidelberg (19) and Messerschmidt for Göttingen (15) scored the most points in the final .
