The final of the 20th German women's basketball championship in 1966 took place on June 5, 1966 in the Augsburg sports hall , the participants were determined according to the rules from 1959 in the knockout system . The TSV Schwaben Augsburg prevailed and defeated the defending champion ATV Düsseldorf with 49:40.
