Dicle ( Zazaisch Piran , Kurdish Pîran ) is a city in the district of the same name in the Turkish province of Diyarbakır and at the same time a district of the Büyükşehir belediyesi Diyarbakır (metropolitan municipality / metropolitan province ) created in 1993 . Dicle is located in the north of the province, bordering the province of Elazig . Dicle County was established in 1936. Dicle ranks tenth on the Ilce population list (end of 2018).
