action

Taliesin Jones' mother has left the family. Taliesin lives in a small village with his father and older brother. Taliesin's mother asked him to learn to play the piano .

Therefore he goes to his piano teacher regularly. He has a warm relationship with the old man. Taliesin notes that the old man not only gives piano lessons, but that he is also a healer. Through prayers , he helps believing people out of their grave sufferings.

Curious, Taliesin takes part in a prayer session and is thrilled. Then he begins to be more and more interested in God . But he realizes that those around him are not nearly as religious. Not even the priest seems to really believe him. Only the religion teacher is the only one who can understand something.

After the old man dies, Taliesin begins to doubt his belief . But after this has appeared to him as a spirit, Taliesin can find the right peace in faith.

criticism

“Moving youth film with extraordinary depth, which addresses belief in one's own spiritual power as well as belief in God. Emotionally oriented, he appeals to people to stand up for their convictions. The exceptional British actor Ian Bannen can be seen in his final role. "
