Robert Pugh

Robert Pugh (born 1950 in Aberdare , Wales ) is a British actor and screenwriter .

Life

Robert Pugh completed his training at the Rose Bruford College of Theater & Performance (orig .: Rose Bruford Training College of Speech and Drama) in London (with Gary Oldman, among others ).

Pugh works mostly for television. He achieved his greatest fame through the portrayal of the cheating husband and city councilor in the film Grave Whispers and as a sailing master in the film Master & Commander - Until the End of the World at the side of Russell Crowe . Back at Russell Crowe's side, he starred as Baron Baldwin in the 2010 film Robin Hood by Ridley Scott .
