In the southern English coastal town of Rainmouth, there isn't much for the adolescent Jamie and his friends to do. The four of them long to finally lose their virginity, but this seems like a hopeless endeavor. One day at a party, Jamie meets the American blogger Juliana and immediately feels drawn to her. But shortly after Juliana appeared, strange things happened in the small town: One young person after another disappeared without a trace, while the police remained largely inactive. A romantic relationship develops between Jamie and Juliana, although Jamie is warned about Juliana by the somewhat strange Sid, who describes himself as a werewolf hunter. He thinks she is a werewolf who is after the meat of virgins. Jamie doesn’t let that deter him and tries to get closer to Juliana, but is put off by her again and again. As a result, young people do everything possible to lose their virginity.

But too late: You are attacked by the werewolf who scratches Kevin, whereupon he transforms himself into a werewolf and is killed by Jamie at his request. He tries to kill Juliana to prevent further harm. He is supported by Sid. It turns out, however, that Juliana is by no means a werewolf, but rather a member of an ancient guild that has set itself the task of depriving the werewolves of their victims by deflowering them. Shortly before Juliana can sleep with Jamie, however, they are attacked by the real werewolf, who kills Sid before he is hunted down. He turns out to be the police chief of the community. Unfortunately, Juliana was scratched before the werewolf was killed, which is why she is on the verge of transforming herself into a werewolf. She asks Jamie to kill her. The latter, on the other hand, takes her hand and scratches himself, whereupon the two of them hunt pristine teenagers together as a werewolf couple.

The film was shot in Clacton-on-Sea , Glasgow , Largs and Millport . Filming began on September 15, 2011. The release took place on November 9, 2012.
