Outlaw Jim Cooper falls out with his partner Morton when a man is killed in a bank robbery. Cooper is captured and sentenced to life in prison. In prison, he met the young miner Manuel, who, as an innocent man, was believed to be one of the accomplices in the same bank robbery.
