Criticism and background
The film was made at the University of Hamburg in the postgraduate course in film.
With minimal use of dialogues impresses short film by Florian Baxmeyer entirely through the performance of its actors and the expressive imagery. Baxmeyer succeeds in telling the two situations of the loss of his own child on the one hand and the bloody civil war on the other in a realistic and credible manner.
