Diego Andrei Mejía (born October 12, 1983 in Querétaro , Querétaro ) is a Mexican football player who mainly acts in midfield .

career

Mejía began his career as a professional player in the 2003/04 season at Atlético Celaya and played for various clubs in the Mexican second division . He made it into the top Mexican league only twice: first in the Clausura 2012 for Monarcas Morelia and currently in the 2015/16 season for the Dorados de Sinaloa , with whom he won the second division championship in the 2014/15 season as well the associated promotion to the first division succeeded. Two years earlier he had already won the second division championship in Apertura 2012 with the Toros Neza , but failed with his team in the promotion finals at the end of the 2012/13 season .
