Dieter Goal

Dieter Goal (born July 20, 1938 in Heidenheim an der Brenz ; † February 20, 2013 in Stuttgart ) was a German jazz musician ( tenor saxophone , harmonica ).

Goal belonged to the Collegium Barbarorum and the Ulm Jazz Quintet , with which he released two records. As a player of the chromatic harmonica, he was well known in southern Germany; he can also be heard as a soloist on several recordings, for example with Häns'che Weiss . He last lived in Bargau .
