Dieter Kugele

Dieter Kugele (* 1944 in Seekirchen ) is a German lawyer and former judge at the Federal Administrative Court .

Life

After studying law , economics and political science at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich, she completed her legal clerkship and in 1974 the second state examination in law . He then became a councilor for employment with the government of Swabia . In 1975 he was seconded first to the Munich Regional Prosecutor and then to the Bavarian Regional Prosecutor . In 1976 he received his doctorate on The Political Officer for a doctorate in political scienceat the University of Munich. In 1979 he was appointed state attorney. Shortly thereafter, he was appointed Senior Government and to the district office Starnberg added . From 1981, he worked for the Bavarian State Parliament . In 1984 he returned to the regional prosecutor and in August 1984 he became senior prosecutor. In 1989 he was appointed judge at the Bavarian Administrative Court and in 1992 he was elected judge at the Federal Administrative Court.

At the Federal Administrative Court, from August 3, 1992, Kugele belonged to the 11th revision panel responsible for traffic law , land consolidation law and the law of training, graduate and vocational training promotion. Six years later he became a member of the 2nd revision senate, which deals with public service law. In 2007 he became Deputy Chairman of the 2nd Audit Senate. After June 2009, Kugele's retirement began.

On October 1, 2007, Kugele was appointed honorary professor for administrative science at the University of Leipzig . He is co-editor of a commentary on administrative law in Bavaria and publisher and author of online comments on the Administrative Court Code , the Administrative Procedure Act , the Administrative Delivery Act and the Federal Equal Opportunities Act .
