Attila Dogudan

Attila Doğudan (born August 27, 1959 in Istanbul ) is an Austrian restaurateur of Turkish descent.

A native Turk moved at the age of 10 years from Istanbul to Vienna , where he the restaurant and catering operations in 1981 Do & Co founded. This was followed by the opening of three gourmet restaurants and a party service, which is the most famous line of business today. Do & Co has been catering for Lauda Air since 1987 and has been involved in event catering since 1992, for example for Formula 1 races.

In 1998 the company went public on the Vienna Stock Exchange. The Attila Doğudan Private Foundation holds 40.95% of the shares. There has been a logistics center in New York since 1999, and one in Miami since 2000 .

In 2002 the traditional confectioner company Demel was taken over on Kohlmarkt . In 2006 a joint venture with Turkish Airlines was entered into. In 2007 Do & Co took over the aviation catering division of the company Airest (former subsidiary of Austrian, since 2006 part of the Italian Save) and supplies Austrian , EVA Air , Malaysia Airlines and other airlines with meals.

In 2011 he was named Austrian of the year in the business category.
