Dominik Egli (born August 20, 1998 ) is a Swiss ice hockey player . He has been part of the NLA club SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers since 2019 .

career

Egli began his career in the youth of EHC Frauenfeld as a goalkeeper, but also occasionally gained experience as a field player and soon left the goalie post. Via the stations EHC Winterthur and PIKES EHC Oberthurgau he came to the youth department of the EHC Kloten .

In the 2016/17 season he made his debut for the Klotener in the National League A , making him the first graduate of the Thurgauer Sporttagesschule Frauenfeld (TSTF) concept, which made it into the highest Swiss ice hockey league. In addition, collected Egli thanks to a B license more match practice at EHC Winterthur in the National League B .
