Dominik Kisiel (born April 15, 1990 in Bełchatów ) is a Polish football goalkeeper .
Career
Kisiel began his career in his hometown in the youth of the first division club GKS Bełchatów . There he made the jump into the first team squad during the 2006/07 winter break. However, he was initially only used in the second team, which plays in the separate youth league Młoda Ekstraklasa . On February 23, 2008, the 17th matchday of the 2007/08 season , Kisiel made his professional debut when he was in the starting line-up in the away game against Zagłębie Lubin (0-1). This season he came to another assignment, but his contract, which expired in summer 2008, was not extended. Since he could not find a new club, he was without a club for a year before his former club GKS Bełchatów took him back under contract in the summer of 2009. As a reserve goalkeeper for the first team, he was only used in the second team. In August 2010 he was loaned to the third division GKS Tychy until the end of December 2011 , where he was often used.
In mid-August 2012, the German fourth division club Berliner AK 07 announced the commitment of Kisiel. He recommended himself in a trial training session and signed a one-year contract until the end of June 2013 with an option for a further year. There he became a regular goalkeeper and made a name for himself through good performances.
In May 2013 Kisiel was the 2013/14 season from the third division Chemnitzer FC committed. He signed a three-year contract until the end of June 2016. There, however, he was unable to prevail over the long term, whereupon the contract was terminated in December 2014. Kisiel then joined the regional league club VfB Oldenburg .
From 2016 to 2018 Kisiel played for the Berlin regional league club FC Viktoria 1889 . For the 2018/19 season he returned to VfB Oldenburg.
Private
Kisiel's older brother Jakub (* 1988) was also a professional soccer player, but ended his career at a young age.
