Doreen Hildebrandt (born February 6, 1973 in Nordhausen ) is a German politician ( Die Linke ) and has been a member of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt since 2016 .

Life

Hildebrandt was born as the daughter of a bricklayer and a kindergarten teacher. She attended the Polytechnische Oberschule in Sundhausen from 1979 to 1989 and from 1989 to 1992 completed an apprenticeship as a railway woman, specializing in industrial engineering with a high school diploma, at the Deutsche Reichsbahn in Erfurt . She then took up studies with a focus on labor administration at the Federal University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration in Mannheim , which she graduated in 1995 with a degree in administrative management (FH) .

Hildebrandt worked from 1995 to 1999 as a clerk in the field of vocational support for young people at the Saxony-Anhalt-Thuringia State Labor Office in Halle (Saale) . After further professional training in St. Ingbert , in 1999 she started working as a career advisor at the Federal Employment Agency in Magdeburg , which she still does today. So far she has worked in the branches in Wanzleben-Börde , Oschersleben (Bode) and Haldensleben .

Hildebrandt joined the PDS in 2001 , which later became the Die Linke party. In the state election in March 2016 , she was on the national list chosen their party as deputies in the parliament of Saxony-Anhalt.
