Douglas Ricardo Grolli , called Douglas Grolli , (born October 5, 1989 in São Miguel do Oeste , Santa Catarina ) is a Brazilian football player .
Career
Grolli began his career in 2008 with his youth club Chapecoense from Chapecó . In 2011 he made the leap into the first division team of Gremio Porto Alegre . But he did not have the breakthrough here, so that from 2013 he was loaned to various lower-class clubs. In spring 2015 it was bought by the Cruzeiro EC from Belo Horizonte . Here he made two appearances in the 2015 championship . For the 2016 season , Cruzeiro Grolli awarded to league rivals AA Ponte Preta . In this he scored his first goal in the A series . In the game against Sport Recife on July 10, 2016, he scored in the 79th minute to make it 2-1.
On December 14, 2016 it was announced that Grolli had also been loaned by Cruzeiro for the 2017 season. His next stop was his youth club Chapecoense . The loan should last until the end of 2017 and Cruzeiro will take over 80% of Grolli's salary during that time. This is a measure from the announced aid to Chapecoense after the crash of Flight LaMia Flight 2933 . At the end of the loan, Grolli's contract with Cruzeiro also ended.
At the beginning of 2018, Grolli signed a new contract with EC Bahia . The contract ran until the end of 2018, with the option to extend it by one year. The extension option was not drawn by Bahia and Grolli moved to Marítimo Funchal in Portugal in January 2019 . Grolli played his first game for Marítimo in the Primeira Liga . On matchday 21 of the 2018/19 season , February 9, 2019, he was in the starting line-up for the home game against Desportivo Aves .
In February 2020 he moved to Japan . Here he signed a contract with Avispa Fukuoka . The club from Fukuoka plays in the country's second division, the J2 League .
