The Dranse de Morzine is a mountain river in France that runs in the Haute-Savoie department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region . It is created in the urban area of Morzine , through the union of its two source rivers, the Dranse de la Manche and the Dranse de sous Saix . The river generally drains north-west, after a distance of around 20 kilometers in the municipality of La Forclaz , it joins the Dranse d'Abondance to form the Dranse River , which finally flows into Lake Geneva .
