The Dreizinkenspitze is a 2603  m above sea level. A. high mountain in the Hinterautal-Vomper chain in the Karwendel in Tyrol . It lies between the Lalidererspitze in the west and the Grubenkarspitze in the southeast, in the middle of the Laliderer walls . The name is derived from the three points that form the summit structure. It was shaped by Hermann von Barth , who was the first to climb the summit in 1870.

The Dreizinkenspitze, like its neighboring peaks, can be reached from the Rossloch in a long mountain hike. The Rossloch is an alpine valley in a side valley of the Hinterautal . Access from Scharnitz ( 964  m above sea level , train station and large car park) requires almost three hours on foot; most climbers come by mountain bike. From the first steep step above the Rossloch to the rubble cone below the summit structure, it is clearly marked. The ascent to the summit is through a chimney, currently without safety ropes and with the risk of falling rocks. The last few meters to the eastern prong are made easier by iron pins and secured by a wire rope.

In 2004, at a time when there were disputes about tourist developments elsewhere in the Karwendel, insurance policies were rendered unusable and markings were painted over. In an outraged reaction to this, documented in the summit book, the ascent was covered with massive red markings.
