Otto Dudzus
Otto Dudzus (born February 4, 1912 in Essen , † February 23, 2000 ) was a Protestant pastor , also editor and author .
From 1931 Dudzus studied Protestant theology in Bonn , Berlin and Rostock . He took part in the Finkenwalde seminary until the police closed it at the end of September 1937 . From 1938 Dudzus was illegally active as a pastor of the Confessing Church in Wilhelmshorst near Potsdam . From 1946 he was first student pastor at the Technical University in Berlin and then pastor in Cologne-Lindenthal . In 1980 he retired. Dudzus was the editor and author of several books on Dietrich Bonhoeffer .
He was also a member of the Rheno-Germania Bonn fraternity. He died in 2000 at the age of 88 and was buried in the Melaten cemetery in Cologne (hall 39).
