Eckhard Kuhla

Eckhard Kuhla (* 1941 in Nordhausen ) is a German engineer , publicist and cabaret artist .

Live and act

Kuhla studied mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and the Technical University of Darmstadt with a degree in engineering . He then initiated and managed international, predominantly strategic projects at DB AG (including "Sandy", a GPS-supported system for locating freight wagons) for the European Commission , as managing director of the "Combined Transport Research Consortium" and as spokesman for the moin mobility initiative . As the founding managing director of Bayerische Trailerzug Gesellschaft mbH , he then introduced a US system for combined transport on the Munich - Verona route.

Kuhla has been dealing with the topic of gender politics for almost 20 years . With some authors of the anthology "Liberation Movement for Men" edited by him and Paul-Hermann Gruner in 2009, he founded the gender- political working group Agens eV With the later inclusion of women, Kuhla, as board member of AGENS, shifted the focus to the topic of "New arrangement of men And woman". On this topic, Kuhla was active as an author and initiator of events.

Kuhla treated in several media as a commentator u. a. the issues of gender mainstreaming , gender and biology , political correctness and gender language . Other focal points were family policy issues and the issue of separated children and boys.

As a board member of AGENS, Kuhla initiated events, including a. with the University of Düsseldorf, with the Berlin Science Center , the Max Planck Institute for Human Development and relevant campaigns, for example in front of the Brandenburg Gate .

Until 2012 Kuhla was a copywriter and director of the cabaret group "Die Giftspritzen", which he founded.

Kuhla is married and has two children.
