Eclose is a town and commune Déléguée in the French community eclose-Badinières with 753 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Isère in the region Auvergne Rhône-Alpes . The inhabitants are called Eclosiens .
With effect from January 1, 2015, the former municipalities of Eclose and Badinières were merged to form Commune nouvelle Eclose-Badinières. The administrative headquarters are in Eclose. The municipality of Eclose was part of the arrondissement Vienne (with the municipality merger change to the arrondissement La Tour-du-Pin ) and the canton Bourgoin-Jallieu .

Eclose is about 46 kilometers southeast of Lyon . The former Route nationale 85 (today's D1085) leads through the Commune déléguée .
