The Eddesser Seewiesen are a nature reserve in the Lower Saxony municipality of Edemissen in the Peine district .

The nature reserve with the registration number NSG BR 069 is 68  hectares in size. It is to the west, north and east of the conservation area surrounded "Bear Kamp". The area has been a nature reserve since August 16, 1985. The responsible lower nature conservation authority is the district of Peine.

The nature reserve is located between Uetze and Edemissen south of the Berlin – Lehrte railway line . It represents a predominantly through grassland embossed area under protection, which formed from a filled with ground water soil hopper that slowly over time silted . In addition to the grassland, there are sometimes small bodies of water that have fallen dry, wet meadows and pastures, reed beds , large and small sedge beds , shrubbery and birch-oak forest as well as alder break .

The Eddesser Seewiesen provide a habitat for numerous plants and animals and a. also protection for meadow birds.
