The Ice Hockey World Championship for U18 Juniors in 2021 will be the 22nd edition of the World Championship in the under-eighteen year olds (U18) by the International Ice Hockey Federation IIHF . Seven tournaments with a total of 46 teams are planned.

In the previous year, the IIHF had to cancel the U18 World Cup tournaments due to the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020 after the Division II Group B tournament had been moved from the Chinese port city of Tianjin to the Bulgarian capital Sofia at the end of January . In June 2020, the IIHF awarded the 2021 tournaments to the hosts of the previous year, with Division II Group B still taking place in Sofia.
