Eleven Morgen is a residential area in the Lauda-Königshofener district of Gerlachsheim in the Main-Tauber district in the Franconian north-east of Baden-Württemberg .

geography

Eleven Morgen is about 500 meters northeast of Gerlachsheim on the edge of the Grünbach valley . Other surrounding places are Grünsfeld after about 3 kilometers in the north-northeast and Kützbrunn after about 2.5 kilometers in the east.

history

On the table sheet no. 6424 "Königshofen" from 1881 the place was still completely uninhabited.

The residential space came to the city of Lauda on January 1, 1974 as part of the regional reform in Baden-Württemberg as part of the formerly independent municipality of Gerlachsheim. On January 1, 1975, the city of Lauda reunited with the city of Königshofen and the community of Unterbalbach to form the city of Lauda-Königshofen.

The place can be reached via Würzburger Straße , which is also known as L 511 after leaving Gerlachsheim in the direction of Grünsfeld . About 100 meters above the living space, the Waldstraße runs as a local connection from Gerlachsheim in the direction of Kützbrunn .
