Eliaçık (formerly Köpekli ) is a former village in the district of Bismil in the Turkish province of Diyarbakır . Eliaçık is located about 56 km east of the provincial capital Diyarbakır and 13 km northwest of Bismil. According to the last census, Eliaçık had 781 inhabitants (2014). Since a regional reform in 2014, the place is a district of the district town of Bismil.

The population consists mainly of Sunni Turks . Along with Aralık , Bakacak , Karamusa , Köseli , Recep , Türkmenhacı and Ulutürk, Eliaçık is one of the few villages in the Diyarbakır province that has been populated by Turks.
