Karamusa is a former village in the Çermik district of the Turkish province of Diyarbakır . Karamusa is located about 94 km northwest of the provincial capital Diyarbakır and 6 km northeast of Çermik. According to the last census, Karamusa had 123 inhabitants (2014). Since a regional reform in 2014, the place has been part of the district town of Çermik.

The population consists mainly of Sunni Turks . Along with Aralık , Bakacak , Eliaçık , Köseli , Recep , Türkmenhacı and Ulutürk, Karamusa is one of the few villages in the Diyarbakır province that has been populated by Turks.
