Emmanuel de Mac Mahon
Marie Emmanuel, comte de Mac Mahon (born November 26, 1859 in Paris ; † June 6, 1930 ibid) was a French général de brigade .
biography
He was the youngest son of Marshal Patrice de Mac-Mahon , of the Mac-Mahon family , and his wife, Élisabeth de La Croix de Castries (1834-1900).
Emmanuel graduated from the Military Academy of Saint Cyr from 1878 to 1880, where he graduated from Course No. 63 ("les Zoulous"). On April 3, 1899, he became the chef de battalion in 51 e régiment d'infantry transported. From this he changed to the rank of lieutenant colonel in the "155 e régiment d'infanterie".
Since December 25, 1911 he was colonel and commander of the regiment, at whose head he was also in the general mobilization in August 1914 and which until September 27 to the "40 e division d'infanterie" (40th infantry division) in the "6 e corps d'armée ”(6th Army Corps). On October 27, he was promoted to Général de brigade and led the 80th Infantry Brigade until November 1914.
The Count Mac Mahon was a member of the Jockey Club and the Union artistique. He died in 1930.

Emmanuel de Mac Mahon was born on June 2, 1892 in Paris by HE Cardinal Richard , Archbishop of Paris in the "Basilica Sainte-Clotilde" (8th arrondissement) with Marie Marguerite Antoinette Camille (born April 25, 1872 in Paris; † 13. May 1960 ibid), daughter of de Gaston-Antoine de Chinot, Viscount de Fromessent, officer of a cuirassier regiment, married. The marriage had three children:
- Marthe Amélie (born March 26, 1893 in Paris, † August 25, 1980 in Cairo ). She married Guy Charles Marie Copin Comte de Miribel on February 19, 1914 in Paris (born November 3, 1885 in Paris, † February 28, 1981 there), the marriage remained childless.
- Brigitte Marie (born July 6, 1900 in Beauvais , † April 5, 1991 in Baron-sur-Odon ). On March 12, 1925, she married Antoine Charles Marie Jules Marquis de Touchet, chief d'escadron of the cavalry in Paris (born February 3, 1886 in Paris, † June 6, 1944 shot by the Germans in Caen - "Favor for France" ). The marriage remained childless
