Engelbrechts is a village and a cadastral community of the market community Großgöttfritz in the Zwettl district in Lower Austria .

Settlement development

At the turn of the year 1979/1980 there were a total of 21 building areas with 12,000 m² and 24 gardens on 24,744 m² in the cadastral community of Engelbrechts , in 1989/1990 there were 22 building areas. In 1999/2000 the number of building areas had grown to 66 and in 2009/2010 there were 29 buildings on 69 building areas.

Land use

The cadastral community is characterized by agriculture. 141 hectares were used for agriculture at the turn of 1979/1980 and 137 hectares were forest areas. In 1999/2000 agriculture was carried out on 140 hectares and 138 hectares were designated as areas used for forestry. At the end of 2018, 138 hectares were used as agricultural land and forestry was carried out on 138 hectares. Engelbrechts' average soil climate is 24 (as of 2010).
