Engy Kheirallah ( Arabic إنجي خير الله, DMG Inǧī Ḫair Allāh ; * December 5, 1981 in Alexandria ) is a former Egyptian squash player .

Career

Engy Kheirallah was active on the WSA World Tour from 1999 to 2011 and won five titles during that time. She achieved her best placement in the world rankings in July 2010 with eleventh place. Her best performance at World Championships was reaching the round of 16 in 2007 , 2009 and 2010 . With the Egyptian national team , she took part in world championships in 2006 , 2008 and 2010 . At the 2006 tournament, the team lost 2-0 to England in the final, Kheirallah lost the opening game to Vicky Botwright 3-2. In 2008 they won the title with a 2-1 win in the final, again against England. Kheirallah won the decisive game against Alison Waters with 4:11, 11: 9, 9:11, 11: 0 and 12:10.

Private

Engy Kheirallah has been married to the squash player Karim Darwish since December 2007 . The couple have a son and two daughters.
