Encyclopedia of Business Administration

Encyclopedia of Business Administration (EdBWL) was published from 1926 to 1992 by Verlag Poeschel, Stuttgart. Since 1992 the work has been continued by the Schäffer-Poeschel publishing house, Stuttgart.

The individual volumes each represent a subject in alphabetical order. The material is divided into large articles, which on average comprise around 50 printed pages. The lemmas are often expressions in the English language . Each volume is preceded by a table of contents which systematically subdivides the keywords. The articles have a uniform structure: cross-references to other articles are prefixed; This is followed by the structure, a brief summary of the contents, the article text and the literature list.

The authors are selected experts from science and practice. Foreign authors whose articles are written in English have also been involved since 2002.

The work documents the respective level of knowledge of the individual subject areas comprehensively and with great depth of detail and is therefore a special encyclopedia of business administration .
