history
The Eparchy Saint Josaphat in Parma was established on December 5, 1983 by Pope John Paul II from cession of territory to the Archepark Philadelphia and subordinated to this as a suffragan diocese. The diocese includes the US states of Ohio , Pennsylvania , West Virginia , Kentucky , Tennessee , Mississippi , Alabama , Georgia , Florida , North Carolina and South Carolina .
