Eperrais is a town and commune Déléguée in the French community Belforêt-en-Perche with 115 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in Orne in the region of Normandy .
With effect from January 1, 2017, the previous municipalities of Le Gué-de-la-Chaîne , Eperrais , Origny-le-Butin , La Perrière , Saint-Ouen-de-la-Cour and Sérigny became a Commune nouvelle with the name Belforêt- en-Perche and have the status of a Commune déléguée in the new municipality . The administrative seat is in Le Gué-de-la-Chaîne. The municipality of Eperrais belonged to the arrondissement of Mortagne-au-Perche and the canton of Ceton .
