Erdoğan Ercivan (born December 16, 1962 in Istanbul , Turkey ) is a German writer of Turkish origin.

Act

Ercivan has been working on topics within pre-astronautics and archeology since 1978 . He was a member of the Egypt Forum at the Humboldt University in Berlin and in 1998 was the organizer of the First World Congress on Forbidden Archeology . Ercivan's theories are rejected by the specialist sciences and have no reception.

Hypotheses

Erdoğan Ercivan specializes particularly in Egyptian culture. He interprets numerous finds and old literary works to mean that the Egyptians were in possession of high technology and engineering many thousands of years ago. Among other things, he claims that the ancient Egyptians knew electricity , genetic engineering and nuclear energy even then . To substantiate these theses, he draws on various ancient Egyptian finds, for example a wall relief from an Egyptian temple in Dendera , on which he wants to detect an electric light source ( lightbulbs from Dendera ), but also modern measurement results, for example, an increased radioactivity in the area of the pyramids of Giza show. Furthermore, he advocates the thesis that the ancient Egyptian hieroglyph ankh , which is often used as a symbol, is originally derived from a single male sperm cell and not like the theory of a sandal loop (strap), which is recognized by Egyptology. He supports his theory with the “Sechem”, which in his opinion was originally a device for observing the micro- and macrocosm, which is now called a microscope or telescope . From the Egyptian Port Book, he believes he has recognized the name for deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) in the “Metui” , which translates as “double rope” (modern double helix ) and is an ancient Egyptian representation of how “the primordial gods lived in all living beings ”of the earth“ knitted in ”. In addition, like Erich von Däniken , Ercivan criticizes the approach of today's archeology and in particular the allegedly dominant nepotism and secrecy.

Hypotheses on archeology

In his work Missing Link of Archeology. Concealed finds, forged museum exhibits and archaeologists exposed as fraudsters , Ercivan makes daring hypotheses about Ludwig Borchardt , Heinrich Schliemann , Arthur Evans , Henri Breuil or Charles Darwin and tries to expose them as forgers. While he accuses Borchardt of having forged other ancient Egyptian finds such as the folding altar from Cairo and a Hatshepsut stele in addition to the bust of Nefertiti , Schliemann is said to have ordered Priam's treasure from an Athens jeweler . Evans is said to have first invented the Minoan culture with the help of a Swiss artist named Emile Gilliéron between March 23, 1900 and 1924. Breuil, in turn, is said to be responsible for the fact that Stone Age cave paintings were found in northern Spain and southern France between 1903 and 1956, which Ercivan believes were forged in over 90 percent of the cases. Even Darwin's theory of evolution is based on an initial lie within anthropology .
