Erik Schäffler

Erik Schäffler (* 1961 in Schwabisch Gmund ) is a German actor , voice actor , producer and playwright .

Erik Schäffler is fluent in Spanish and English . Among other things, he is the translation spokesman for Jeremy Clarkson in Top Gear and The Grand Tour and also speaks the well-known Commander Shepard in German in the video games Mass Effect 2 and Mass Effect 3 . He also speaks TV documentaries such as Banken, Banker, Bankster (ARTE 2012). In the anime series Naruto and Naruto Shippuden , he dubbed the character Orochimaru.

In the game Crysis he lends his voice to a marine and Astar Vox, a mercenary in the game Star Wars The Old Republic. He spoke in German in the Left 4 Dead 2 Nick game developed by Valve . He is known to a wider audience as an actor in episodes of the metropolitan area , crime scene or coast guard .

Schäffler has lived in Hamburg since 1991 and is the father of two children. He plays the saxophone , drums and guitar .
