Erol Alkan (DJ)
Erol Alkan (* 1974 in London ) is a British DJ and remixer of Turkish Cypriot descent.
His best-known remix is the mash-up version of the track Can't Get You out of My Head by Kylie Minogue , which also contains the instrumental tones of the New Order classic Blue Monday . It was released in 2002 and played at the 2002 Brit Awards after Kylie Minogue received her award.
In 2004 he reached 6th place in the choice of the best DJ in the world in the British trade journal Mixmag.
