EuroChem ( Russian ЕвроХим , pronounced Jewrochim ) is a large Russian company that primarily produces fertilizers . The group has a vertical structure and is also active in mining and natural gas production. The spectrum ranges from production and processing to logistics and an international sales network. The group has its own quarrying facilities for phosphates and nitrates and processing them into fertilizers. EuroChem has a total of seven production plants in Russia (areas or regions Krasnodar , Tula , Murmansk , Leningrad ) as well as in Lithuania . In 2011, the drilling of potash deposits at Verkhnekamsk began. In 2012, K + S Nitrogen was taken over. EuroChem is one of the three largest fertilizer manufacturers in Europe. The workforce consists of over 20,000 employees.
Shareholders
The shareholders are AIM Capital SE (90%) and Midstream Group Ltd. (10%), both based in Cyprus, and hold 100% of EuroChem Group AG (Switzerland).

EuroChem is a holding company that has seven production sites in Russia and Lithuania. EuroChem controls the production of fertilizers from the breakdown of raw materials (phosphates, nitrates, and in the future also potassium ores) to the end product ( phosphate fertilizers , nitrogen fertilizers , feed fertilizers ).
