description

The draft planning comes from the architect Heinz Tellbach from Berlin. The octagonal central building is covered with a flat tent roof. Him nestle extensions for the other community spaces. The interior architecture was designed by Gabriele Baumann from Berlin. The center of the community center is the worship room. In it are the altar , the baptismal font and an ambo . The walls of the altar area are equipped with delicately tinted lead glass windows, which let a lot of light into the worship room. You draw your gaze to the large wooden cross in the middle.

On December 18, 1994, an organ with 2 manuals , a pedal , 11 stops and 699 pipes was inaugurated. It was created at the Mecklenburg Orgelbau . More information about the organ can be found here:

Since October 17, 1999, two bells borrowed from the Erlöserkirche have been hanging in a free-standing wooden belfry . Both were cast in 1930. The larger bell bears the inscription “Let the Christian faith never steal you”, the smaller one “O country, country, country, hear the word of the Lord”. The third and largest bell was cast for the 10th anniversary of the community.
