The 2007/08 season was the 16th season of the Belarusian Extraliga , the highest Belarusian ice hockey division . Champion became for the second time in the club history of HK Keramin Minsk .

After only one team from Ukraine took part in the game last year, the Belarusian teams played the title among themselves for the first time since the 2003/04 season .

Main round

mode

In the main round, each of the ten teams played a total of 54 games. The eight best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime, one point for a loss after overtime and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
