The 2010/11 season was the 19th season of the Belarusian Extraliga , the highest Belarusian ice hockey division . Champion was for the sixth time in the club history of HK Junost Minsk .

Main round

In the main round, each of the twelve teams completed a total of 55 games. The eight best-placed teams qualified for the playoffs in which the champions were played out. Each team received three points for a win after regular time, two points for a win after overtime or shootout, one point for a defeat after overtime or shootout and zero points for a defeat after regular time.
