FIFA 21 is a soccer simulation game developedby EA Sports and published by Electronic Arts as the 28th edition of the FIFA series on October 9, 2020 for Microsoft Windows , PlayStation 4 and Xbox One . There should also be versions for PlayStation 5 , Xbox Series X , Stadia and Nintendo Switch , the release date of which is still pending. The game was announced on June 18, 2020 on EA Play .
Career mode
With regard to the career mode of FIFA 21, some eagerly hoped for improvements are expected after numerous criticisms of its predecessor FIFA 20 on Twitter in September 2019 under the hashtag #FixCareerMode . The feel of the game should stand out from its predecessor, especially through new functions. These include, for example, a new agile dribbling system, more sophisticated dribbling functions, better control of the AI teammates and more efficient duel mechanics. In friendly games, for example, a new rewind function is available that allows the game to be rewound 30 seconds and then played again from any point.
Ultimate team
The Ultimate Team now has its own co-op mode . It is planned that the own Ultimate Team Club can be transferred from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5 and from Xbox One to Xbox Series X if necessary .

FIFA 21 appears, true to its predecessors, in three editions: A Standard, Champions and Ultimate Edition. Kylian Mbappé is featured on the cover of all editions .

FIFA 21 is the first part of the FIFA series that will be published for Microsoft Windows on the Steam platform in addition to Origin . EA Sports has also confirmed that buyers of the game for PlayStation 4 or Xbox One will not need to purchase the game again when switching to the next generation of consoles ( PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X ). FIFA 21 will feature more than 30 official leagues, over 700 clubs and over 17,000 soccer players. EA Sports announced an exclusive multi-year partnership with AC Milan and Inter Milan .
