Fabio Strauss (born August 6, 1994 in Salzburg ) is an Austrian football player .

Career

Strauss began his career in Wals-Siezenheim at AKA Salzburg . In 2009 he moved to SV Austria Salzburg in his hometown . He made his debut on August 15, 2009 in the Salzburg League against SV Straßwalchen . After five years in Salzburg and after advancing to professional football, he moved to SV Grödig in 2014. He made his debut in the quarter-final of the ÖFB Cup 2014/15 against Floridsdorfer AC .

After Grödig retired from professional football, he moved to Bundesliga club FC Admira Wacker Mödling in summer 2016 , where he received a contract that was valid until June 2018. After four years at Admira and 61 Bundesliga appearances, he left the club after the 2019/20 season.

Strauss then moved to the second division club FC Blau-Weiß Linz for the 2020/21 season .
