The Falkenbach is the largest tributary of the Omersbach in the district of Aschaffenburg in the Bavarian Spessart .
geography
course
The Falkenbach rises near the Aussiedlerhof zu Dörnsteinbach . After a few meters he reaches a narrow, densely wooded valley, the foothills of the Teufelsgrund . It changes its direction to the northwest, where it then meets the Omersbachtal. From here on some maps show different recordings in which the Omersbach flows into the Falkenbach , which then flows into the Geiselbach . The historical documents of the Teufelsmühle, however, say that the Omersbach fed the three mills. The Falkenbach flows into the Omersbach near the former Upper Devil's Mill .
