Life

The blonde, gaunt actor began his acting career in 1957 with Remigio Paone and became known for his numerous fantastic photographic novels such as Killing - the name of which varied from country to country - when he devoted himself to acting professionally from 1963 to 1967 . Since 1964 he had almost sixty supporting roles in film, mostly as a nervous villain or psychopath in genre films ; from 1966 he was hired almost exclusively for spaghetti westerns; his common name for these roles was Rick Boyd . After 1973, with the decline of the genre, his appearances became rare. Instead, for a decade, until 1983, he devoted himself to street painting, which he performed in Piazza Navona . Boido later turned to writing and published books of poetry and a novel.

In 1960 Boido completed his nautical training with distinction.
