Field hockey Bundesliga 2004/05 (men)
The 2004/05 season lasted from September 11, 2004 to June 26, 2005. For the first time, the HTC Stuttgarter Kickers won the German championship , winning the seven-meter shooting against the defending champions Club on the Alster . Gladbach, Stuttgart and Krefeld only secured the final round ticket on the last day of the match. The HTC Uhlenhorst Mülheim gambled away the relegation believed to be safe by six defeats in a row. This enabled the Berlin HC to pull its head out of the loop at the last minute.
