Felipe Bacarreza Rodríguez
Felipe Bacarreza Rodríguez (born June 10, 1948 in Santiago de Chile ) is Bishop of Santa Maria de Los Ángeles .
Life
The Archbishop of Santiago de Chile , Cardinal Raúl Silva Henríquez SDB , ordained him on April 17, 1977 as a priest . On July 16, 1991, John Paul II appointed him Titular Bishop of Nepeta and Auxiliary Bishop in Concepción .
The Archbishop of Concepción , Antonio Moreno Casamitjana , donated him episcopal ordination on February 20 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Carlos Oviedo Cavada OdeM , Archbishop of Santiago de Chile , and Jorge Arturo Augustin Medina Estévez , Bishop of Valparaíso .
Pope Benedict XVI appointed him on January 7, 2006 Bishop of Los Ángeles .
